Working logic
- Slot engine: sessions, slot length, buffer, leave days, same-day cutoff, taken slots
- Booking rules: max 2 active bookings, 2-hour cancel window, follow-up fee waiver
- Appointment status machine with history timeline
- Prescription safety checks: allergy, duplicate, telemedicine lists, missing duration
- Signed prescriptions are immutable; amendments create versions; void watermark
- Role separation: admin cannot see clinical content; private notes hidden from patients
- Audit log entries for logins, record views, prescription sign/amend/void, exports
- Idle timeout for staff (2 min in demo)
